The Yoga Trapeze is an anti-gravity class which uses both the ground and the support of a suspended material sling with suspension hand sets to transform traditional yoga into a multi dimensional experience. Yoga Trapeze is a fun and effective way to enhance your yoga experience and build strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.
As well as being a cardiovascular workout each class combines inverted poses with breathwork and relaxation techniques in a unique anti gravity class.
Yoga Trapeze can help decompress the spine and builds strength in the back and supporting muscles which can help with anyone suffering from pain or discomfort of the spine.
Just like Yoga, Yoga Trapeze can be restorative to our bodies as well as strengthening and flexing. Each week we work the body in this unique fusion of body, breath and mind.
They’re mood-lifting, stress-busting, and a super social way to learn something new.
